Friday, July 23: Cancel the Olympics! Protest action: Lock Down the Tokyo Olympics! Protest demonstration against the opening ceremony
It looks like the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Olympics will finally be held tomorrow. We would like to raise our voices in protest against this with as many people as possible. We hope that as many of you as possible will join us. We will not change our stance to demand the cancellation of the Tokyo Olympics even if it is opened. We are not sure how far we can go with the campaign in front of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and Sendagaya Station due to traffic restrictions, but we would appreciate your cooperation.
It’s going to be another hot day, so we’ll be working hard to take precautions against heat stroke and lCOVID-19. Please take care to stay hydrated and participate.
Finally, we will not give in to unjust oppression, but please follow the instructions of the organizers in order not to invite unjust oppression.
